The Egyptian Association of Neonatology is the National Society of Neonatology in Egypt. EAN was initiated in 1998. It was established in 2001 as an independent association connected to the “Ministry of Social Affairs” Number 527. Its regulations are organized by its corresponding Ministry Bylaws.
Who are we? The Egyptian Association of Neonatology is one of the largest scientific societies in Egypt and the only one exclusively dedicated to Neonatology, that is to care for all neonates, normal or sick, full term or preterm. We do care about the quality and safety of care at all the levels of the neonatal intensive care unit. We are sincere in helping neonatologists and pediatricians to provide the high quality of care to the neonates in Egypt, stipulate multi-disciplinary emergency management, and deliver best affordable care.
The Egyptian Association of Neonatology significantly progressed during the last few years and we intend to extend our actions to the website, so every Neonatologist can join our workshops, conferences, educational forum and interesting cases. We believe that we can learn from each other.
